Rental property website Rent.com.au previously conducted a survey of more than 6,000 of Australia’s suburbs, and ranked these locations based on overall livability. These are the best places to raise families.
We have provided additional information to help you understand the data. The population is calculated using the 2016 census. The Australian Bureau of Statistics provides the most recent data. Median house and unit prices, meanwhile, are based on CoreLogic’s November 2020 update, which reported property data gathered up to the period ending in August 2020.
New South Wales
